Patient Participation Group

We really value our patients’  feedback on all aspects of the services we offer. We are looking at a wide range of ways to feedback information to us. For example it could be as simple as being part of an e-mail group.

We would particularly like to hear from you if you use the surgery regularly or if you have a long term health condition, a parent of a young family, have a mental health condition or are over the age of 75.
