Repeat Prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions can be requested on the Internet or put in the prescription letter box on the new office door (located just in side of the surgery)
The easiest way to order your repeat medication is via the NHS app https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/
Repeat prescriptions can be sent to the pharmacy of your choice or can be collected from the surgery.
As from the 17th July 2013 we can send your prescription electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. Please see your pharmacist for more deatils.
The surgery will process your request within 2 days but please remember to check with your pharmacy about the time that they take to dispense a prescription as this can vary.
Repeat medication is reviewed annually. The date that your next review is due is printed on the prescription side slip.
Please allow 2 full working days for your order to be processed (Monday – Friday)
NOTICE FOR PATIENTS re online access
Due to the complexity of assessing capacity for patients between the ages 11 – 16 and the issues that this creates for appropriate access for parents/guardians/carers etc by proxy, it is the Practice policy to routinely allow proxy access to patient’s records from birth to 11 years only.
