Please note the physiotherapy self-referral pilot scheme has now ended as of March 2022. For any issues that may need a physio referral, please contact your usual doctor to discuss further.

You may be referred to the First Contact Physio service. There is more information about this in a new video guide here:

Monday to Friday, 8am until 6pm.
We also offer Improved Access out of normal working hours, meaning some appointments are available in the evening and at weekends. Find out more.
