Latest government COVID-19 guidance

As of April 2022 the UK government has relaxed many of the COVID regulations and guidelines, in line with their “Living with COVID-19” plans. Free COVID testing has now ended for most people, but there are groups of people who may still be eligible; check here for the latest information: Changes to testing for COVID-19 in England – NHS (www.nhs.uk)

At Wooda, we are now offering both face to face and telephone appointments, but we’re still asking patients to avoid coming in to the practice if they think they have symptoms of COVID-19. If this is the case, please call us for advice before coming in, or if you are unwell, ask for a call with the duty doctor on the day. We are also asking patients to continue wearing face coverings or face shields if they are able to whilst at the surgery. Thank you for your cooperation with this request.
