Practice Management
Kristy Elson Practice Manager Our Practice Manager looks after the strategic delivery of practice objectives and the day to day operational elements of the practice. |
Administration
The Administration Team help keep the practice functioning, they process all of the referrals, manage incoming patient records, ensure patients are called for annual reviews, keep our premises in order and keep us stocked up with all sorts of supplies. |
Kate Morrish Administration manager – Responsible for all Administration personnel and administrative processes at the practice. |
Gemma Jones Our Finance Administrator is responsible for the financial monitoring of the practice. |
Nancy Matthews Rota manager & GDPR lead – Responsible for managing all clinical rotas at the practice and also leading on GDPR processes. |

Lo Maddox The Receptionists are here to signpost patients to the most appropriate service within Primary Care. There are now many clinicians within the primary care workforce so understanding the patient need is pivotal to ensuring the most appropriate clinician/route. In order to do this, the Receptionist will need to understand the basic reason for the contact and will ask some key questions to ascertain this. The Reception team also keep medical records in order, manage clinical correspondence and administer the prescription process. Their job is incredibly demanding so please be kind. |
